Terms and conditions apply to all web services provided by Advertise My Brand and ordered by the client. Any modifications to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed upon in writing.
All information provided on the website http://www.advertisemybrand.com is the property of Advertise My Brand. The website content is protected by copyright. Use of this website is at the visitor’s own risk.
Quotations are valid for seven days only. Advertise My Brand reserves the right to increase or decrease prices in the future based on changes in scope or market conditions.
Advertise My Brand is not responsible for any loss due to missed project deadlines. We are not liable for website downtime, server failures, corrupted scripts, or any other damages.
All official communication regarding website design, development, SEO, and hosting must be conducted via email only. Advertise My Brand is not responsible for tasks communicated over phone or messenger.
Work begins only after confirmation from Advertise My Brand via email.
A 50–60% non-refundable advance payment is required to start work. If the client cancels the project after seven days, no refund will be issued. The website will be made live only after the client clears the remaining balance in full.
Clients agree to respond during the development and design phase. If no response is received within two weeks, Advertise My Brand will send three notices to the specified email address. If no response is received after this, the project may be terminated without further notice.
Advertise My Brand is not responsible for website availability, server issues, viruses, or any other technical problems.
Hosting data backups are the responsibility of the client.
Clients will receive two initial design drafts. The client must choose one as the first draft. Approval of the first draft implies agreement to proceed with additional pages. Any future redesign requests will incur additional charges.
Before the website goes live, it is the client’s responsibility to review all website content.
Renewal of hosting and domain is the client’s responsibility and must be done annually.
Payments are accepted through Bank Transfer, IMPS, or NEFT.
For creative and website design projects, all textual content must be provided by the client in a suitable format.
Advertise My Brand is not responsible for storing client data. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups.
Content typing charges will be applicable if required.
Website domain and hosting charges are not included in the website design cost.
